摘要
服务一学习理论以教学和服务并重为教学理念,强调过程中的互惠、过程中的反思以及过程中的指导。中国的大学生志愿者行动在十几年的发展过程中,呈现了自己的发展特点,但同时也暴露出了制约其进一步发展的一些问题,主要体现在:组织运作规范,但持久动力不足;服务内容丰富,但与专业结合不深;服务强调奉献,但过程缺乏反思性。提升大学生志愿者服务的育人成效,可以引入服务一学习理论,做到三个结合,即将政治导向与公民教育相结合,将广泛服务与专业服务相结合,将社会服务与个人成长相结合。
The service-learning theory takes both teaching and service as its important teaching concept,emphasizing reciprocity in the process,reflection in the process and guidance in the process.In the development process of over ten years,the volunteer action of Chinese college student has presented its own development characteristics,but at the same time,it has also exposed some problems restricting its further development,which are mainly reflected in standardized organization operation but lack of lasting power,rich service content but less deep combination with major;service emphasizing dedication but lack of reflection in the process.To improve the educational effect of college students’volunteer service,we can introduce the service-learning theory and achieve three combinations,namely,the combination of political guidance and civic education,the combination of extensive service and professional service,and the combination of social service and personal growth.
