摘要
服务-学习是美国高等教育领域具有高影响力的教学实践活动。服务-学习强调在大学与社区之间建立以互惠性为核心理念的新型伙伴关系,实现大学与社区的合作共赢。大学与社区建立伙伴关系,往往需要经过三个阶段,即相互了解与自我评估、规划与建立和伙伴关系的稳定。服务-学习所倡导的新型大学-社区伙伴关系,对于完善我国的大学生志愿服务具有积极的借鉴意义。
Service-Learning is an innovative and high-impact practice in higher education in America.Service-learning emphasizes the establishment of a new type of partnership between university and community,which insists of reciprocity as the core idea,to achieve win-win cooperation.Partnerships between universities and communities often go through three stages to achieve the stable development of the relationship,which are mutual understanding and self-assessment,planning and establishment of the stable partnership.This kind of universitycommunity partnership in service-learning has positive significance for the improvement of college students’volunteer service in China.
