紫花苜蓿甲醇提取液对马唐种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨不同紫花苜蓿品种对马唐的化感作用,本文用70%甲醇对3个茬次的6个品种紫花苜蓿地上部进行浸提,采用皿培法测定了不同浓度(0.01、0.03、0.05、0.07 g/mL)处理液对马唐种子的萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,紫花苜蓿茎叶甲醇提取液对马唐的种子萌发和幼苗生长存在明显的化感作用,对马唐根部的抑制作用大于其他部分。苜蓿处理液对马唐的萌发和地上部生长表现为低促高抑的化感效应,第一茬苜蓿处理液在浓度0.01 g/mL时显著促进了马唐幼苗的生长,在0.05 g/mL和0.07 g/mL时表现为显著抑制生长(P<0.05);对于马唐根部生长则表现为始终抑制,且随着浓度的增加抑制作用不断增强。紫花苜蓿对马唐生长的化感作用具有茬次间的差异,第三茬的化感抑制作用最强,抑制率为43.39%,且第三茬>第二茬>第一茬。不同品种紫花苜蓿对马唐生长的影响差异较大,其中‘南苜601’和‘WL525HQ’苜蓿对马唐生长的化感抑制作用较强,达到了34.10%和30.11%。 In order to investigate the allelopathic potential of alfalfa on crabgrass,the effects of allelopathy of the different concentration 70%methanol extracts(0.01、0.03、0.05、0.07 g/mL)of three times cut-shoot of six alfalfa cultivars on germination and seeding growth of crabgrass were investigated through plate culture.The results showed that the methanol extract of alfalfa had obvious allelopathy on seed germination and seedling growth of crabgrass,especially that the inhibitory effect on the crabgrass root was stronger than that of other parts.The six alfalfa cultivars showed obvious concentration effect on the growth of crabgrass.The 0.01 g/mL concentration of methanol extracts from the first cut alfalfa promoted growth of crabgrass seeding;whereas the methanol extracts(0.05 g/mL to 0.07 g/mL)inhibited root growth all the time,and the inhibitory effect increased with the extracts concentration enrichment.The allelopathic effect of alfalfa on crabgrass was closely related to stubble times.Overall,the inhibitory effect was enhanced with the increase of stubble times.The allelopathic inhibition was the strongest in the third cut and the inhibition rate was 43.39%.The allelopathy of six alfalfa cultivars showed obvious difference.The inhibition of‘Medoc Max’and‘Wl525HQ’on seed germination and seedling growth of crabgrass were stronger than that of other cultivars,and their inhibition rates were 34.10%and 30.11%respectively.
