摘要
医用耗材管理是医院管理的重要组成部分。随着医用材料的普遍使用和种类的增加,亟需一套涵盖植入材料、高值材料、普通医用材料的日常采购计划、出库、入库、计费、绩效管理、审批管理、使用监督的信息系统,以实现医用耗材的精细化管理,从而降低运营成本,提高医疗安全。本研究以医院现有的流程为基础,实现以厂商原条码作为医用耗材全流程追溯的载体的功能,突破医院在医用耗材采购、验收、使用、计费、绩效等多个环节的难关。在系统地记录耗材申领量、使用量的基础上,完善了一套精准经费管控的方案,旨在实现全面线上经费管理。基于该方案,落实了医用耗材精细化管理的初衷,促进了医院管理的规范化、科学化、信息化。
Medical consumables management is an important part of hospital management.With the in crease of the widespread use and types of the medicinal materials,an information system covering the daily purchasing plan,outbound,inventory,billing,performance management,approval management,and use supervision of implant materials,high-value materials and ordinary medical materials is urgently needed to realize the fine management of medical consumables and reduce operating costs and improve medical safety.Based on the existing process of the hospital,this study realized the function of using the original manufacturer barcode as the carrier of the whole process of medical consumables tracing,and broke through the difficulties of the hospital in medical consumables procurement,acceptance,use,billing,performance and other links.On the basis of systematically recording the amount and usage of consumables,a set of precise fund control scheme was improved,aiming to achieve comprehensive online fund management.Based on this scheme,the original intention of fine management of medical consumables is implemented,which promotes the standardization,scientific and informationization of hospital management.
