摘要
就现阶段输电线路运维检测自动化管理需求来讲,有机结合自动化技术,设计基于C/S框架的运维检测管理平台。为进一步实现输电线路运维检测自动化管理,基于业务需求与角色需求等角度对管理平台做全面分析,并利用C/S框架,构建平台框架。通过层次分析法构建状态评价模型,在输入参数并估分之后,便可以对不同输电设备危险性进行评估,从而为输电线路管理作出正确决策奠定坚实的基础。通过实践分析证明以状态评价为基础的输电线路运维检测自动化管理平台的实用性与适用性良好,值得大力推广应用。
In the light of the automatic management requirement of the operation and maintenance of the current transmission line,the operation and maintenance detection management platform based on the C/S framework is designed based on the automation technology of the organic combination. In order to further realize the automatic management of the operation and maintenance of the transmission line, the management platform is analyzed comprehensively based on the service requirement and the role demand, and the platform frame is constructed by the C/S framework. And a state evaluation model is constructed through a hierarchical analysis method, and after the input parameters are scored, the risk assessment of the different transmission equipment is realized, so that a solid foundation is laid for proper decision-making of the power transmission line management. Through practice and analysis, it is proved that the application of the automatic management platform for the operation and maintenance of the transmission line based on the state evaluation is good, and the application is worthy of being promoted.
