摘要
随着输电线路规模的不断扩大,传统的线路巡检方法已不能满足工作要求,建立新的线路运行管理机制尤为迫切。创新开展输电线路状态巡检管理工作,提出了基于状态评价的输电线路差异化巡检模式,提高线路巡检质量和运行管理水平,提升可靠性指标。检修工作针对性增强的同时也极大缓解了运检人员缺员与日益增长的输电设备的矛盾,输电线路可用系数提升,输电障碍率下降。
With the increasing scale of transmission lines,traditional patrol methods cannot meet job requirements,which makes it urgent to establish new operation management mechanism.The differential inspection mode based on condition evaluation of transmission lines is put forward.This inspection mode improves inspection quality, operation management level and reliability. The maintenance and repair works have clear goals,and the contradiction between inspection personnel vacancies and increasing transmission equipment is greatly alleviated at the same time.The available coefficient of transmission lines is increased, and obstacle rate is decreased.
