摘要
发育性髋关节发育不良是小儿骨科常见畸形之一,诊断和治疗不及时往往遗留髋关节功能障碍、跛行、残疾等多种并发症。发育性髋关节发育不良可采用各类辅具如Pavlik挽具、人类位支具、简易髋外展支具和髋人字支具进行保守治疗,通过早期正规、系统的治疗常能获得很好的预后,且方法简单,效果可靠,从而避免后期闭合复位石膏外固定或手术治疗,减少人力、物力和财力花费,减轻社会和家庭负担,值得在临床上推广。
Developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)is one of the common deformities in pediatric orthopedics,which can lead to a series of complications such as hip dysfunction,lameness,disability,and so on.So prompt diagnosis and timely treatment of DDH is very important.There are various types of assistive devices such as Pavlik harness,human position brace,simple abduction brace and hip herringbone brace,which can be used for conservative treatment in the early stage of DDH.Patients can usually get a good prognosis with these early,systematic treatment,which are simple and reliable.By this way,it may not only avoid plaster external fixation or surgical treatment in the later stage,but also can reduce the cost of financial resources and the burden on society and family.
