季铵盐对聚羧酸减水剂在水泥-蒙脱土表面吸附的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Quaternary Ammonium Salt on Adsorption Mechanism of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizers on Surface of Cement and Montmorillonite

摘要 采用紫外标记技术对聚羧酸分子的紫外吸收进行增强,进而采用紫外吸收光谱与总有机碳分析联用的技术,有效地区分聚羧酸分子与季铵盐阳离子分子同时存在时各自的吸附行为,并对3种典型结构的季铵盐阳离子与聚羧酸减水剂在水泥-蒙脱土体系吸附行为的相互影响进行了系统研究。结果表明:小分子季铵盐对聚羧酸在水泥表面的吸附无影响,双子型季铵盐掺量达到2.5×10^-4后会促进聚羧酸吸附,聚合物季铵盐则会抑制聚羧酸减水剂在水泥表面的吸附;3种季铵盐在达到一定掺量后,均能有效抑制聚羧酸减水剂在蒙脱土表面的吸附,其中双子型季铵盐和聚合物季铵盐效果更加明显,双子型季铵盐在低掺量下的抑制效果更明显,高掺量下聚合物季铵盐则体现出更优的抑制效果。 Ultraviolet labeling technology was used to enhance the ultraviolet absorption of polycarboxylate, and then the technology of ultraviolet absorption spectrum and total organic carbon analysis is used together to effectively distinguish respective adsorption behavior of polycarboxylate and quaternary ammonium salt cation molecules when they exist at the same time, and the interaction between three typical quaternary ammonium salt cations and polycarboxylate in cement montmorillonite system is studied systematically. The results show that the adsorption of polycarboxylate on the cement surface is not affected by the small molecular quaternary ammonium salt, the Gemini quaternary ammonium salt can promote the adsorption of polycarboxylate, the polymer quaternary ammonium salt can inhibit the adsorption of polycarboxylate water reducer on the cement surface. And the three quaternary ammonium salts can effectively inhibit the adsorption of polycarboxylate water reducer on the surface of montmorillonite when doped as 2.5×10^-4. The effect of Gemini quaternary ammonium salt and polymer quaternary ammonium salt is more obvious. The inhibition effect of Gemini quaternary ammonium salt is stronger at low dosage, while the inhibition effect of polymer quaternary ammonium salt at high dosage is better.
