螺旋折流板热交换器结构改进研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 主要从螺旋折流板热交换器结构研究以及基于热力学第二定律的研究2个方面综述了不连续螺旋折流板、连续螺旋折流板和组合螺旋折流板等具有不同折流板结构的管壳式热交换器的研究进展,并对螺旋折流板热交换器的应用前景进行展望。螺旋折流板热交换器分为连续螺旋折流板热交换器和不连续螺旋折流板热交换器。与弓形折流板热交换器相比,螺旋折流板热交换器优势明显,如传热性能好、不易结垢、抗振动及壳程压降小等。但是螺旋折流板制造加工难度较大,如何设计简单有效的制造方法是未来的研究重点。 The shell-and-tube heat exchangers with different helical baffles,such as the discontinuous baffles,the continuous baffles and the combined baffles,are reviewed from two aspects:the structure research of the helical baffles and the research based on the second law of thermodynamics.The application prospect of the helical baffle heat exchangers is also prospected.The helical baffle heat exchangers can be divided into continuous helical baffle heat exchanger and discontinuous helical baffle heat exchanger.Compared with segmental baffle heat exchangers,helical baffle heat exchangers have obvious advantages,such as excellent heat transfer performance,not easy to scale,anti-vibration,small pressure drop in shell side,etc.However,it is difficult to manufacture helical baffles.Thus how to design simple and effective manufacturing method is the future research focus.
