变角度连续螺旋折流板换热器优化结构的数值研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对螺旋折流板换热器壳程进口螺旋流动未充分发展区域分布特点,提出了一种变角度螺旋折流板换热器模型,采用Realizable k-ε模型方程对两种折流板形式的换热器流动和传热特性进行了数值研究,并对换热器传热强化机理进行了分析.结果表明:变角度螺旋折流板换热器能够减小壳程进口螺旋流动未充分发展段长度,增加壳程整体螺旋流动强度和流体流动传热速度场与温度场的协同性,强化换热器传热.螺旋角为10°+20°和15°+25°的变角度螺旋折流板换热器较常规螺旋折流板换热器综合性能分别提高7.10%~7.54%和2.88% ~ 4.05%. Variable angle helical baffle heat exchanger is proposed to optimize the non-fully developed section in shell inlet. The flow and heat transfer performance of heat exchangers with different forms of helical baffles were studied, and the mechanisms of heat transfer enhancement for heat exchangers were analyzed. The results show : the length of non-fully developed section could be reduced by using variable angle helical baffle, the intensity of overall helical flow and the coordination of temperature field with velocity field increase too, and then the heat transfer performance is strengthened. Compared with general helical baffle heat exchanger, the comprehensive performance of variable angle helical baffle heat exchanger with angle of 10° + 20° and 15° + 25°could increase 7.10% -7.54% and 2.88 -4.05% , respectively.
