摘要
目的探究运动康复疗法在糖尿病治疗中的临床效果。方法抽取2018年6月-2019年6月在该院接受治疗的糖尿病患者78例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其平均分为两组,即对照组与实验组,两组患者均为39例。对照组采用药物治疗法,实验组在对照组基础上行运动康复疗法,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果干预后实验组患者糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯分别为(6.22±0.27)%、(9.14±0.64)mmol/L、(7.25±0.34)mmol/L、(4.52±0.21)mmol/L、(1.61±0.34)mmol/L,均低于对照组(8.32±0.31)%、(11.36±0.34)mmol/L、(10.23±1.21)mmol/L、(5.36±0.31)mmol/L、(1.94±0.18)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=12.574、8.345、9.375、4.275、3.578,P<0.05)。结论运动康复疗法在糖尿病治疗中的应用效果显著,能够降低患者的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯,稳定患者的血糖,缩短其恢复周期。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of exercise rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of diabetes.Methods A total of 78 diabetic patients who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the control group and the experimental group.39 cases.The control group was treated with drugs.The experimental group was treated with exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the glycated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,and triglycerides in the experimental group were(6.22±0.27)%,(9.14±0.64)mmol/L,(7.25±0.34)mmol/L,(4.52±0.21)mmol/L,(1.61±0.34)mmol/L,all lower than the control group(8.32±0.31)%,(11.36±0.34)mmol/L,(10.23±1.21)mmol/L,(5.36±0.31)mmol/L,(1.94±0.18)mmol/L,the difference is statistically significant(t=12.574,8.345,9.375,4.275,3.578,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of exercise rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of diabetes is significant.It can reduce the glycated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,and triglycerides in patients,stabilize patients’blood glucose,and shorten their recovery cycle.
