摘要
为了考虑预应力作用对核电站安全壳地震响应的影响,本文以某EPR核电站安全壳为背景,采用先进的大型通用有限元软件ANSYS建立复杂的三维有限元模型,进行考虑预应力作用的安全壳动力时程分析,研究安全壳的基底剪力和顶点位移,结果表明:安全壳抗震设计必须考虑预应力筋作用,但可以忽略重力作用。在0.6到1.0的预应力度范围内,顶点水平位移缓慢减小,但基底剪力则显著增大。由此看来,考虑预应力作用有利于核电站安全壳抗震设计,本文研究结果可为工程应用提供了理论依据和技术支撑。
In order to consider the influence of the prestress on the seismic response of containment vessel of nuclear power plant,based on a containment vessel of EPR nuclear power plant,the complicated three-dimensional finite element analysis model is set up by means of advanced general finite element analysis software ANSYS.A series of time history analyses are conducted on containment vessel with the effect of prestress to investigate the base shear force and vertex horizontal displacement of containment vessel.The results show that the seismic design of containment vessel must consider the influence of prestressed tendons,but can neglect the gravity effect.In the prestressing level range from 0.6 to 1.0,the horizontal displacement of the vertex decreases slowly,but shear force increases significantly.From this point of view,the effect of prestress is conducive to the earthquake resistant design of containment vessel of nuclear power plant.At the same time,the results of this study can be used as technological support and theoretical basis for engineering applications.
