摘要
目的比较多学科综合治疗(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)联合病例教学法(case based learning,CBL)与传统教学法对专业型硕士生在胰腺癌临床教学中的效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年8月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院胆胰外科轮转的专业型硕士生28名,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各14名。实验组采用MDT联合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。轮转结束后,对两组硕士生进行基础理论、临床思辨能力和临床技能考核,并对两组硕士生进行满意度问卷调查。结果实验组对课程满意度更高(P<0.01)。实验组基础理论测试考核得分为(93.3±0.6)分,高于对照组的(90.4±0.8)分(P=0.01);实验组临床思辨测试考核得分为(92.5±0.7)分,高于对照组的(89.1±0.9)分(P<0.01);实验组临床技能测试考核得分为(84.4±0.7)分,对照组的得分为(83.8±0.7)分,两组无明显统计学差异(P=0.42)。结论MDT联合CBL教学法可以有效提高专业型硕士生在胰腺癌临床学习中的教学效果。
Objective To compare the effect of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)combined case based learning(CBL)and traditional teaching methods on the professional degree professional degree mastr students in clinical teaching of pancreatic cancer.Methods From September 2018 to August 2019,28 rotating master degree students of biliary and pancreatic surgery at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 14 in each.The experimental group adopted MDT combined with CBL teaching method,and the control group adopted traditional teaching method.After the rotation,two groups of master students were assessed for basic theory,clinical speculative ability and clinical skills,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among students.Results The degree of satisfaction of the graduate students in the experimental group was higher(P<0.01).In the experimental group,the score of the basic theory test was(93.3±0.6),which was higher than that of the control group's(90.4±0.8)(P=0.01).Clinical speculative test score of the experimental group was(92.5±0.7),which was higher than that of the control group(89.1±0.9)(P<0.01).The score of the clinical skills test of the master students in the experimental group was(84.4±0.7),and the score of the master students in the control group was(83.8±0.7).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.42).Conclusion MDT combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect of professional degree master students in clinical study of pancreatic cancer.
