摘要
用户对于社交媒体使用的热情随着环境的变化不复当初,社交媒体倦怠现象近年来逐渐被研究者们所关注。本文借鉴工作倦怠研究领域内的角色压力理论,以微信朋友圈为分析情境,结合压力源—负担—结果框架建构了本文的理论模型,探究角色压力在社交媒体情境下对于青年用户群体社交媒体倦怠及对后续隐退行为的影响。研究结果显示:在青年群体中,存在着较强程度的角色冲突和角色超载的角色压力、社交媒体倦怠以及隐退行为;角色压力通过影响社交媒体倦怠进而导致隐退行为的产生,社交媒体倦怠在这一过程中起着部分中介的作用;用户的性别、性格向度以及分组细致度等个体特质也会对整个作用过程产生影响。
As the environment changes,users’enthusiasm for social media has declined,and the phenomenon of social media fatigue has gradually been paid attention by researchers in recent years.This paper draws on the role stress theory in the field of job fatigueresearch and uses We Chat Moments as the analysis situation.Combining the stressor-strain-outcome(SSO)framework,the theoretical model of this paper is constructed to explore the impact of role stress on social media fatigue and the subsequent retreat behavior of youth groups in the context of social media.The results of the study show that:in the youth group,there is a high degree of role conflict,role overload,social media fatigue,and retreat behavior;role stress leads to retreat behavior by affecting social media fatigue,and social media fatigue plays a part of intermediary role in this process;individual traits such as the user’s gender,personality,and grouping detail will also affect the entire process.
