摘要
为图书馆吸引和保留用户提供理论指导,丰富不持续使用意愿相关理论的研究。基于使用倦怠视角和期望不确认视角构建图书馆微信公众号用户不持续使用意愿影响因素模型,使用问卷调查法和结构方程建模方法进行验证。结果发现感知过载与用户隐私关注正向影响使用倦怠,并通过使用倦怠正向影响不持续使用意愿;期望不确认正向影响不满意度,并通过不满意度正向影响不持续使用意愿。
To provide theoretical guidance for the library to attract and retain users and enrich the research on therelated theories of the discontinuous usage intention.Based on the perspective of use fatigue and expectation uncertainty,this paper constructs a model of influencing factors of users willingness to discontinuously use library WeChat public accounts,which is verified by questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling.The results show that perceived overload and user privacy concerns positively affect usefatigue,and through use fatigue positively affect discontinuous usage intention;expectation-disconfirmation positively affect dissatisfaction,and through dissatisfaction positively affect discontinuous usage intention.
