摘要
目的:观察Kegel运动联合康复治疗对产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力的影响.方法:选取86例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例.对照组予Kegel运动治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合盆底肌康复治疗,比较两组治疗后机测肌纤维肌电压水平和手测盆底肌力等级.结果:治疗后,观察组手测肌力V级率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组机测盆底Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电压水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:Kegel运动联合康复治疗可提高产后盆底功能障碍患者盆底肌力等级及盆底Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电压水平,其效果优于单纯Kegel运动治疗效果.
Objective:To study effects of Kegel exercises combined with rehabilitation treatment on pelvic floor muscle strength of patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods:A total of 86 patients with postpartum PFD were enrolled as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kegel exercises,while observation group was additionally treated with rehabilitation treatment.The machine-measured muscle fiber muscle voltage level and hand-measured pelvic floor muscle strength level were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the probability of grade 0 of hand-measured pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the probability of grade V was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The muscle voltage levels of machine-measured pelvic floor type I and type II muscle fibers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Kegel exercises combined with rehabilitation treatment can improve the level of pelvic floor muscle strength and the level of pelvic floor muscle fiber muscle voltage in the patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Moreover,it is superior to single Kegel exercises.
