摘要
目的探讨平滑肌电刺激技术在产后42 d后会阴疼痛治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性选择2017年3月至2018年12月于淮南市妇幼保健院门诊就诊,并于盆底治疗中心行产后盆底功能检测的产后42~90 d会阴疼痛的产妇66例,采用随机数字表法将产妇分为研究组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组产妇口服消炎痛治疗,研究组产妇在此基础上联合平滑肌电刺激技术治疗,比较两组会阴疼痛的治疗效果、产妇盆底功能、阴道动态压力及产妇性生活质量。结果研究组产妇的会阴疼痛治疗有效率(100%)显著高于对照组(87.88%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的阴道动态压力(3.75±1.31)cm H2O明显高于对照组(2.89±0.77)cm H2O,盆底功能影响评分(PFIQ-7评分)(14.62±3.67)分、盆底功能障碍评分(PFDI-20评分)(4.97±1.48)分、盆底肌张力评分(1.24±0.35)分明显低于对照组(21.49±5.33)分、(8.89±1.79)分、(1.77±0.42)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇的性关系评分(18.22±1.16)分、性困难评分(17.39±0.82)分、性高潮评分(18.51±0.54)分、疾病的影响评分(18.09±0.71)分、性满意度评分(18.39±0.50)分均显著高于对照组(15.65±1.38)分、(15.84±0.62)分、(14.49±0.69)分、(15.24±0.63)分、(15.56±1.84)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后42 d后会阴疼痛产妇进行平滑肌电刺激技术治疗,可有效减轻产妇的会阴疼痛程度,提高产妇的性生活质量,效果良好,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of smooth muscle electrical stimulation on the treatment of perineal pain after 42 days postpartum.Methods 66 cases of postpartum parturient women who visited the outpatient department of Huainan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 and underwent postpartum pelvic floor function test in the pelvic floor treatment center were retrospectively selected.The women were divided into the study group and the control group randomly,33 cases in each group.The women in the control group were treated with oral anti-inflammatory treatment,and the women in the study group were treated with smooth muscle electrical stimulation on this basis.The therapeutic effect,pelvic floor function,vaginal dynamic pressure and sexual quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of perineal pain treatment in the study group(100%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.88%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal dynamic pressure in the study group(3.75±1.31)cm H2 O was significantly higher than that in the control group(2.89±0.77)cm H2 O.The Pelvic Floor Impact Questionnaire(PFIQ-7),Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-20(PFDI-20)and pelvic floor muscle tension score of the study group were(14.62±3.67),(4.97±1.48)and(1.24±0.35)respectively,significantly lower than those of the control group(21.49±5.33),(8.89±1.79),(1.77±0.42).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sexual relationship(18.22±1.16),sexual difficulty(17.39±0.82),orgasm(18.51±0.54),disease influence(18.09±0.71)and sexual satisfaction(18.39±0.50)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(15.65±1.38),(15.84±0.62),(14.49±0.69),(15.24±0.63),(15.56±1.84).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of smooth muscle electrical stimulation for women with perineal pai
