基于投影寻踪算法的抗寒、抗旱观赏草种质资源的筛选 被引量:3

摘要 比较分析了13种观赏草在种子萌发期对低温和干旱的耐受性,低温胁迫是在-20℃环境下处理种子7 d后,置于25℃环境下进行萌发试验;干旱胁迫是通过采用质量分数为0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%的PEG-6000溶液处理种子进行萌发试验.结果表明:低温胁迫主要影响供试材料中4种狼尾草属和2种黍属的种子活力指数,其种子活力指数低于对照组(CK),发芽率差异则不显著;5种芒属植物低温胁迫下的发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均低于对照组.高含量PEG(15%~25%)干旱胁迫使5种芒属的相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和相对活力指数急剧下降,可由87.19%(PEG含量为10%)下降至27.05%(PEG含量为15%);而狼尾草属植物却表现出较强的抗旱能力,在PEG含量为15%时,相对发芽率最大,为95.14%.通过构建基于加速遗传算法的投影寻踪模型对13种观赏草的抗寒和抗旱能力进行综合分析和排序选优,抗寒和抗旱能力表现为蓝滨麦>白穗狼尾草>紫叶狼尾草>紫穗狼尾草>柳枝稷>长穗柳枝稷>金边大米草>小兔子狼尾草>玲珑芒>紫穗芒>常绿芒>斑叶芒>虎尾芒. Tolerances of 13 ornamental grasses to low temperature and drought during seed germination were analyzed to provide experimental basis for rational selection of species and cultivation in Northwest China.For cold resistant testing,the seeds were treated at-20℃for 7 days,and then germinated at 25℃.For drought stress testing,the seeds were treated with 0,5%,10%,15%,20%and 25%PEG-6000 solutions,and then germinated at 25℃.Cold resistant testing showed that seed vigor indexes of 4 species of Pennisetum and 2 species of Panicum were lower than that of the control but the difference in germination rate was not significant.Germination rate,germination index and vigor index of 5 species of Miscanthus under low temperature stress were lower than that of the control.Under higher concentrations of PEG-6000 solution(15%-25%),relative germination rate and relative vigor index of 5 species of Miscanthus plummeted,with relative germination index being 87.19%under 10%PEG dropping to 27.05%under 10%PEG.While the Pennisetum plants showed relative strong drought resistance when the PEG concentration was 15%,reaching a maximum relative germination rate of 95.14%.According to the projection pursuit model based on accelerated genetic algorithm,cold and drought resistance of 13 ornamental grasses were recommended in the following order:Elymus magellanicus>Pennisetum orientale‘White’>Pennisetum setaceum‘Rubrum’>Pennisetum alopecuroidea>Panicum virgatum>Panicum virgatum var.>Spartina anglica‘Aureomarginata’>Pennisetum alopecuriodes‘Little Bunny’>Miscanthus sinensis‘Ferner Osten’>Miscanthus sinensi var.>Miscanthus transmorrisonensis>Miscanthus sinensis‘Zebrinus’>Miscanthus sinensis‘Strictus’.
