干旱胁迫下云南干热河谷区6个乡土草种生理生化特性的比较分析 被引量:1

Comparative Analysis of Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Six Native Grass Species in Dry and Hot River Valley of Yunnan Under Drought Stress

摘要 为进一步了解云南干热河谷优势草本植物的抗旱生理生化特性,为选育适应干热河谷地区及干旱地区种植的乡土草种提供理论基础,以干热河谷区分布的芸香草、水蔗、茅叶荩草、黄花猪屎豆、红毛草、三芒草等6个草种为研究材料,采用盆栽自然干旱法,分别测定在正常水分、轻度干旱、中度干旱、重度干旱以及复水后其叶片丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、叶绿素含量、相对含水量等8个生理生化指标并进行综合分析。结果显示:(1)随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,6个草种的叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量均呈降低趋势,而脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量和抗氧化酶活性则呈增加趋势。(2)复水后,6个草种脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量及过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性均有所下降,叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量有所回升。其中,黄花猪屎豆与三芒草脯氨酸含量恢复到对照水平,红毛草与三芒草叶绿素含量恢复至对照水平。(3)利用隶属函数法对6个草种的生理生化指标进行综合评价,其耐旱性排序为:茅叶荩草>水蔗>三芒草>芸香草>红毛草>黄花猪屎豆。研究结果表明,相比其他草种,茅叶荩草能够更好地应对干旱胁迫,该结果可为干热河谷生态修复和草种建植提供理论基础。 In order to further understand the drought-resistant physiological and biochemical characteristics of the dominant herbs of the dry and hot valley of Yunnan province,it provides a theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of native grass species suitable for planting in dry and hot valleys and arid areas.We collected six species of grass from the dry and hot valley area,including Cymbopogon distans,Apluda mutica,Arthraxon prionodes,Crotalaria pallida,Rhynchelytrum repens and Aristida adscensionisas,as the research materials.The natural drought method of potted plants is used to determine eight physiological and biochemical indicators such as normal water,mild drought,moderate drought,severe drought and relative water content of leaves after rehydration.The results showed that:(1)with the intensification of drought stress,the relative water content and chlorophyl content of the leaves of the six grass species showed a decreasing trend,while the content of proline,malonedialdehyde,soluble sugar contentand antioxidant enzyme activity showed an increasing trend.(2)After the rehydration,the content of proline,malonaldehyde,soluble sugar content and POD,SOD and CAT activit of six grass species decreased,and the relative water content and chlorophyl content of the leaves rebounded.Among them,the proline content of Crotalaria pallida and Aristida adscensionis has been restored to the control level,and the chlorophyl content of Rhynchelytrum repens and A.adscensionis has been restored to the control level.(3)The physiological and biochemical indicators of the six grass species are comprehensively evaluated by the subordinate function method.The drought tolerance is sorted as:thatched grass>water cane>three mango grass>vanilla>red grass>yellow flower pig poop bean.The results indicated that,Arthraxon prionodes was better able to cope with drought stress than other grass species.The results could provide a theoretical basis for ecological restoration and planting of grass species in hot and dry valley.
