摘要
从福建省莆田市仙游县游洋镇采集患有疑似炭疽病的甜柿叶片,按照常规方法进行病原菌的分离纯化,通过形态学特征和ITS-TUB2-CAL-ACT基因构建的多基因系统发育树对获得的菌株进行鉴定,并经致病性测定,确定分离到的菌株为胶孢炭疽复合种(the Colletotrichum gloeosporioides species complex)中的果生刺盘孢(Colletotrichum fructicola).药剂筛选结果显示,不同药剂对该菌的抑制效果存在一定差异.其中,75%百菌清对该菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制活性最强,抑制率分别为71.64%和85.69%.
Sweet persimmon leaves from Xianyou County,Putian City,Fujian Province,which were suspected to be infected with anthracnose were collected to isolate and purify the pathogen by conventional methods.The strains were identified as Colletotrichum fructicola from the C.gloeosporioides species complex by morphological characteristics,multiple gene phylogenetic tree based on ITSTUB2-CAL-ACT,and pathogenicity detection.The fungicides screening showed that different fungicides displayed various inhibitory effects on C.fructicola.Among them,75%chlorothalonil showed the best inhibitory activities on mycelium growth and conidia germination with the inhibition rate being 71.64%and 85.69%,respectively.
