摘要
以要素跨国流动和价值链分工为主要特征的经济全球化深入发展,使得当代经济体之间的相互联系和相互依存,比以往任何历史时期都更加重要。开放发展的利益关系也从基于比较优势的传统利益分配,逐步向利益共生共享的模式和格局演变。习近平总书记提出的构建“全球增长共赢链”,是在当代经济全球化条件下开放发展理论的重要创新。基于全球投入—产出框架的数量模型推演表明,各经济体的经济增长具有高度的空间关联性,并且这种关联性会通过利益分配状况影响经济增长利益。秉持“全球增长共赢链”的发展新理念,不仅是中国开放发展战略的正确选择,也是全球经济繁荣发展的必然选择。唯有如此,才能真正构建起和谐、共赢的全球开放发展新格局。
The in-depth development of economic globalization characteristic of the cross-border flow of factors and GVC has made the interconnection and interdependence between economies more important than ever.The interest relationship of open development has also evolved from traditional interest distribution based on comparative advantages to a model and pattern of symbiosis and sharing of interests.The construction of a win-win chain of global growth proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping is an important innovation in the theory of open development.The deduction of the quantitative model based on the global input-output framework shows that the economic growth between the various economies has a high degree of spatial correlation,and this correlation will affect the economic growth benefits through the distribution of benefits.Adhering to the new development concept of the win-win chain of global growth is not only the correct choice for China’s development strategy,but also an inevitable choice for the prosperity and development of the global economy.
