摘要
某住宅工程处于喀斯特地貌地区,采用CFG桩复合地基。若用长螺旋钻孔灌注成桩须严格控制地下水情况,当岩层以上覆土较薄,桩长度不满足要求时,可通过加密桩间距、扩大桩径等手段加以改善;当桩端持力层不一致时可调整褥垫层厚度来均衡沉降差;对存在溶洞或孤石的特殊地带应采取措施处理CFG桩。
A residential project is located in a karst landform area and uses CFG pile composite foundation.If long spiral boreholes are used to inject piles,the groundwater conditions must be strictly controlled.When the overlying soil above the rock layer is thin and the pile length does not meet the requirements,it can be improved by means of dense pile spacing and enlarged pile diameter;when the pile end bearing layer is inconsistent.The thickness of the cushion layer can be adjusted to balance the settlement difference;measures should be taken to deal with CFG piles in special areas with karst caves or boulders.
