摘要
北京市通州区某CFG桩复合地基工程经检测,部分桩体单桩承载力不满足设计要求,其主要原因是未经试验性施工,设计人员按经验人为调高了单桩承载力,且未考虑液化土层可能存在的负摩阻力的不利影响。介绍处理方法和避免发生类似问题的措施,可供类似工程参考。
In a CFG pile composite foundation project in Tongzhou District of Beijing, the inspection result showed that the bearing capacity of some piles failed to satisfy the design requirements. The main reason was that no experiment was carried out before construction and the bearing capacity of individual pile was increased improperly by designer without considering possible negative skin friction of liquefied soil layer. Relevant treatment methods and measures were introduced, providing references for similar projects.
