摘要
笔者尝试以历史观重视医学始源的研究,说明中医学具有科学与人文的双重属性,表现在:其一,天人合德、儒道互补是中医学的根基;其二,阴阳理论是对立事物辩证、交替、统一的大成智慧;其三,生生不息、和而不同体现国学之美;其四,充分开放跟紧科技文明的新趋向。由于近百年西学东渐的影响,有学者曾提出几千年前的传统中医学理论是打不开、看不透的"黑箱",笔者认为张仲景提出的"观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之",既是辨证论治的总则,也是打开中医学理论黑箱的关键。"观其脉证"即观天地阴阳、生灵万物、健康疾病之象;知犯何逆,也就是辨证的思辨程序。大数据时代,可以运用"激活数据学"方法和信息守恒理论,由象-素-候-证的递进演变成为具有"内实外虚""多维界面""动态时空"的证候。"随证治之"是针对证候为中心的组方遣药,以燮理阴阳、承制调平为准的复杂系统。故新时代中医药学科技文明的研究方向应该是高度开放、格物致知,中西医并重,具有中华民族特色的统一的医药学。
The authors try to review the research on the origin of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from the perspective of history,and believe that TCM has dual attributes of science and humanities.First,the foundation of TCM is the combination of man and nature and the complementation of Confucianism and Taoism.Second,the theory of Yin and Yang is the wisdom of dialectical,alternating and unified opposites.Third,the endless of life and different lives reflect the beauty of Chinese culture.Fourth,full openness follows the new trend of scientific and technological civilization.Due to the influence of western learning from the east for nearly a hundred years,some scholars have put forward that the TCM theory thousands of years ago is a"black box"that cannot be opened or seen through.The authors believe that ZHANG Zhong-jing's"observe the pulse syndrome,know what is wrong,and treat it with the syndrome"is not only the general rule of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,but also the key to open the black box of TCM theory."View its pulse syndrome"is the view of Yin and Yang,living things,health and disease.To know what is the reverse,that is,the dialectical critical procedure.In the era of big data,the method of"activation of data science"and the theory of information conservation can be used to gradually evolve from image and prime-penta-syndrome into syndromes with"inner reality and outer emptiness","multidimensional interface"and"dynamic space-time"."Treating with syndrome"is a complex system which is based on the combination of Yin and Yang and the adjustment of the system.In the new era,the research direction of the scientific and technological civilization of TCM should be highly open,highly knowledgeable,equally emphasize on traditional and Western medicine,and unified medicine with Chinese national characteristics.
