摘要
螺旋电缆总成在车辆极限转弯工况下,电缆与插头连接部位会发生折弯和扭转。对电缆抗折弯和扭转性能的研究对促进螺旋电缆安全有着重要意义。本文主要从预处理、弯折试验、扭转试验等方面对螺旋电缆总成的试验方法和要求进行了分析,相关成果对指导相关产品的设计开发具有良好的借鉴意义。
When the coiled cable assembly is in the extreme turning condition of the vehicle,the connecting part of the cable and the plug will bend and twist.The research on cable assembly against bending and torsion occurring is of great significance to promote the safety of the coiled cable assemblies.This article mainly analyzes the test methods and requirements of the coiled cable assemblies from perspectives of preconditioning,articulation test,torsion strain,etc.The result is a good reference for guiding the design and development of related products.
