摘要
目的:对海军军医大学部分医学生进行生命教育培训,分析教学效果。方法:于2018年8月采用目的抽样方法选取海军军医大学300名医学生作为研究对象,将300名医学生随机分为培训组149名和未培训组151名。邀请从事安宁疗护相关工作的专家对培训组医学生进行集中授课,培训后采用生命认知调查问卷对培训组及未培训组医学生分别进行调查。结果:培训组与未培训组比较,对死亡及安宁疗护的总体接受程度有所提升。未培训组低年级和高年级医学生的死亡态度趋近接受、对个人死亡及濒死的态度及对患者死亡及濒死的态度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训组低年级和高年级医学生除对个人死亡及濒死的态度得分差异有统计学意义外(P<0.05),其他维度的得分差异均无统计学意义。结论:生命教育有助于提升医学生的安宁疗护认知及对死亡的理解,但生命教育课程的内容和形式有待进一步完善,医学院校应开展与安宁疗护机构的相关合作,邀请医务人员进行生命感悟交流,组织医学生撰写个人墓志铭、参与安宁疗护服务和情景模拟体验活动,让生命教育深入到医学生的学习和生活当中。
Objective:To conduct life education training for some medical students in Naval Medical University and analyze the teaching effect.Methods:In August 2018,300 medical students from Naval Medical University were selected as research objects and randomly divided into a training group with 149 and a non-training group with 151.Experts engaged in hospice care were invited to give centralized lectures to the medical students in the training group,and the life cognition questionnaire was used to investigate the medical students in the training group and the non training group,respectively after the training.Results:Compared with the non training group,the training group’s overall acceptance of death and tranquility treatment was improved.In the non training group,the death attitudes of the junior and senior medical students tended to be accepted,and there were statistically significant differences in the scores of individual death and near-death attitudes and attitudes towards patient death and near-death attitude(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of other dimensions between the junior and senior medical students in the training group except for the attitude towards personal death and near death(P<0.05).Conclusion:Life education helps to improve medical students’awareness of hospice care and understanding of death,but the content and form of life education courses need to be further improved.Medical universities should carry out relevant cooperation with hospice care institutions,invite medical staff to exchange life feelings,organize medical students to write personal epitaph,and participate in hospice care services and scene simulation activities to let life education go deep into the study and life of medical students.
