摘要
在乘用车制动系统开发阶段,制动踏板感觉是制动性能的重要评价指标之一。基于制动踏板感觉道路试验方法,针对某车型制动踏板感觉中踏板力线性度差、制动后期踏力偏沉、制动效能下降等问题进行分析。首先获取制动踏板特性试验数据,发现制动力分配系数偏小,尤其在EBD(电子制动力分配)作用后制动效能、踏板力线性度明显变差。然后设定踏板力的改进目标,通过理论分析采用提高EBD限压和前制动器摩擦片系数的方案,最后经实车验证制动踏板感觉和制动效能得到明显改善。
Brake pedal feeling is one of the crucial evaluation indexes of braking performance in the development stage of passenger car brake system.Based on the road test method of brake pedal feeling,this paper analyzes the problems such as the poor linearity of pedal force,the deflection of pedal force and the decrease of braking efficiency in the later period of braking,towards the brake pedal feeling of a car.Through obtaining the test data of brake pedal characteristics,the result shows that the distribution coefficient of brake force is small,and the brake efficiency and the linearity of pedal force are obviously poor,especially after EBD(Electric Brake force Distribution)taking effect.Therefore the improvement target of pedal force is set.Through theoretical analysis,the pattern of improving the EBD pressure limit and friction coefficient of the front brake,and finally the brake pedal feeling as well as the braking efficiency are obviously improved after the actual vehicle verification.
