摘要
选择2017年2月到2019年2月在我院妇产科就诊且均经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查及病理学检查子宫内膜病变的患者共178例,回顾性分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫内膜病变的诊断准确率,评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在子宫内膜病变中的诊断价值。结果显示,经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫内膜病变与病理学检查准确率无显著统计学差异,说明经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查可在妇科子宫内膜病变筛查中广泛应用,且超声检查应用方便、无创、经济、可重复。
A total of 178 patients with endometrial diseases were selected from Feb.2017 to Feb.2019 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Qingyang People’s Hospital.The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in endometrial diseases was analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in endometrial diseases.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the accuracy of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and that of pathological examination,which indicated that transvaginal color doppler ultrasound could be widely used in screening of gynecologic endometrial diseases.The ultrasonic examination is convenient,non-invasive,economical and repeatable.
