摘要
异常子宫出血(AUB)可发生于任何年龄段的女性,而且随着我国人口老龄化,就诊的女性患者中以围绝经期妇女居多,其中大部分就诊患者的主要病因为阴道不规则出血。AUB可以引起女性患者不同程度的贫血,长时间的子宫出血得不到有效的治疗不仅影响女性的健康,还可引起大量的经济消耗,这对围绝经期妇女的身心健康均造成一定不良影响。引起围绝经期出血的病因比较复杂,不同病因引起的AUB治疗方法各不相同,因此,应充分掌握围绝经期AUB的诊断方法,从而加强临床医师对该类疾病的认识。
Abnormal uterine bleeding （AUB） can occur in women of any age, with the aging of the population in China, women patients in perimenopausal women mostly in perimeuopausal women, the main cause of most of its clinic is irregular vaginal bleeding. Female patients can cause varying degrees of anemia of AUB, abnormal uterine length the bleed- ing time without effective treatment not only affects women＇s health, but also cause a lot of economic consumption, caused some adverse effects on China＇s perimenopausal women＇s body and mind. The cause of perimenopausal bleeding compli- cated with AUB caused by different etiology, treatment methods are different, we should fully master the diagnosis of AUB in perimenopausal period, so as to strengthen the understanding of clinicians on perimenopausal AUB.
