Promoting Teaching via Competition-exploration of the Engineering Ability Training Model for Young Teachers

摘要 地方高校针对工科专业(以制药工程专业为例)青年教师工程概念不强、工程意识淡薄、工程能力不足等问题,探索青年教师工程能力培养模式,专业鼓励和组织青年教师指导学生参加全国大学生制药工程设计竞赛等专业比赛,并从政策制度保障、调整教学计划、丰富教学内容、带动课程群教学、完善竞赛奖励措施等方面进行实践和总结。近些年取得了较显著的成果。 An engineering ability training mode was explored by local colleges(taking Pharmaceutical Engineering as an example)with the weak engineering concepts,awareness and ability of young teachers.Students were organized by young teachers to participate in National Colleges of Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Competitions.Other methods were also implemented and summarized,such as guarantees of policies,adjustment of teaching plans,enrichment of teaching contents,improvement of course group and reward.In recent years,significant results have been achieved.
