摘要
大学生毕业后能否顺利就业,不但关乎其自身人生价值的体现,更与国家经济的发展与社会稳定息息相关。随着高校扩招后越来越庞大的高校毕业生群体踏入就业市场,供大于求的人才需求量致使当前毕业生的就业压力越来越大,尤其是那些特殊群体毕业生,其就业数量和质量更是难以得到保障。基于此,本文针对特殊群体毕业生的认定和分类,以及其形成原因做详细分析,并探索出了有效的帮扶途径,期望能够转变特殊群体毕业生就业难的现状,帮助他们走出困境。
Whether college students can find jobs smoothly after graduation is not only related to the embodiment of its own life value,but also closely related to the development of the national economy and social stability.As more and more large groups of college graduates enter the job market after the enrollment expansion of higher colleges.The demand for talents exceeds the demand,causing the employment pressure of graduates to become more and more intense.Especially for those special groups of graduates,the quantity and quality of their employment is more difficult to be guaranteed.Based on this,according to the identification and classification of graduates from special groups,as well as the reasons for its formation,this paper explores effective ways to help them.It is hoped to change the difficult employment situation of graduates from special groups and help them out of their predicament.
