摘要
目的评价经颈内静脉隧道式PICC置管在临床护理中的应用效果。方法针对该院2018年2月—2019年9月接受经颈内静脉PICC置管的患者,从中选择110例作为该次研究对象,奇偶数法随机分为两组,各组55例。对照组实施常规经颈内静脉PICC置管,研究组患者实施经颈内静脉隧道式PICC置管。观察与比较两组患者PICC并发症发生率、患者满意度以及PICC平均维护周期。结果研究组患者PICC并发症发生率3.64%明显低于对照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.316,P<0.05);研究组患者满意度96.36%明显高于对照组81.82%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.902,P<0.05)。研究组PICC平均维护周期(5.02±0.25)d短于对照组(7.18±0.22)d,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.165,P<0.05)。结论将经颈内静脉隧道式PICC置管用于临床护理中可以缩短PICC置管平均维护周期,可以在一定程度上改善患者舒适度,还可以降低PICC并发症发生率,可以促进患者恢复。
Objective To evaluate the effect of PICC catheterization via internal jugular vein in clinical nursing.Methods From February 2018 to September 2019 in the hospital,patients who received PICC catheterization via internal jugular vein were selected from 110 patients as the research object.The odd-even method was randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional internal jugular vein PICC catheterization,and the study group was treated with internal jugular vein tunnel PICC catheterization.Observe and compare the incidence of PICC complications,patient satisfaction,and mean maintenance period of PICC in the two groups.Results The incidence of PICC complications in the study group was 3.64%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.316,P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of 96.36%in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,81.82%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.902,P<0.05).The average maintenance period of PICC in the study group was(5.02±0.25)d shorter than that in the control group(7.18±0.22)d,which was statistically significantly different from the control group(t=4.165,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of internal jugular vein tunnel PICC catheterization in clinical care can shorten the average maintenance period of PICC catheterization,improve patient comfort to a certain extent,reduce the incidence of PICC complications,and promote patient recovery.
