摘要
分析了东曲矿选煤厂传统浮选工艺的现状和存在问题,介绍了穿流式压滤机的产品结构和工作原理,总结了穿流式压滤机在新浮选工艺系统中成功应用的实践经验,对比了穿流式压滤机应用前后、新旧系统中煤泥及中煤产品的各项实际生产指标,实践表明,穿流式压滤机能够有效降低煤泥产品含水率,提升煤泥产量的回收利用率,解决煤泥产品水分偏高、热值不稳定等问题。
This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of traditional flotation technology in coal preparation plant, introduces the product structure and working principle of the filter press, summarizes the practical experience of the successful application of the filter press in the new flotation process system, and compares the actual production indexes of the new and old systems. It is concluded that the filter press can effectively reduce the moisture content of coal slime products, improve the recovery rate of coal slime production, and solve the problems of high moisture content and unstable calorific value of coal slime products.
