摘要
吕家坨选煤厂存在浮选精煤粒度组成偏细,圆盘真空过滤机功耗高,脱水效果差,精煤损失大等问题;通过对浮选精煤的粒度组成进行分析,提出改造现有脱水工艺、更换圆盘真空过滤机等改造措施;改造后,将简化浮选精煤脱水工艺,提高浮选精煤产率,降低能耗,为选煤厂带来可观的经济效益。
Aiming at the high power dissipation,poor dewatering effect and great clean coal loss of disc vacuum filter in Lvjiatuo Coal Preparation Plant, which is caused by the too small particle size of flotation concentrate, reformation measures are proposed according to the size and composition analysis of flotation concentrate,including dewatering process reformation,disc vacuum filter replacement,through which the flotation clean coal dewatering process can be simplified,the flotation concentrate yield improved,and energy consumption reduced,bringing considerable economic benefits for the coal preparation plant.
