摘要
为解决孝义市永隆选煤厂煤泥灰分高、总精煤灰分难于控制及精煤损失较多的问题,在煤泥水系统中增加TBS干扰床分选机回收粗煤泥,并将跳汰中煤破碎至<3 mm,采用TBS干扰床分选机对破碎解离后的中煤进行主再选。永隆选煤厂工艺系统的改造使精煤灰分能够控制在要求的范围内,全厂精煤产率提高5.71个百分点,经济效益明显。
In order to solve the problems of high ash content of slime, difficult to control of the ash content of total clean coal and large loss of clean coal in Yonglong coal preparation plant, the TBS was added into coal slurry system to increase the coarse slime recovery rate, and the particle size of jigging middling has been crushed to less than 3 ram, and then primary and secondary separated by TBS. The renovation result in Yonglong coal preparation plant shows that the ash content of clean coal can be controlled in the required range, the clean coal yield has been increased by 5.71 6/o and the economic benefit is outstanding.
