摘要
针对某公司生产的矫直辊在使用1 a后其辊身出现裂纹的现象,通过化学成分分析、硬度试验、宏微观检验等方法,对矫直辊辊身裂纹进行了分析。试验结果表明,该裂纹属于氢致脆性开裂,表淬深度过深也增加了矫直辊辊身开裂的敏感性。因此,在冶炼、锻造和热处理等工艺方面提出了相应的改进措施。
Based on a crack in the roll body of a straight roller produced by a compary after one year’s application,through chemical composition analysis, hardness test, macro and micro test and other methods, the leveller roll body cracks were analyzed. The results show that the crack belongs to hydrogen brittle cracking. Excessive surface hardening depth also increases the sensitivity of the leveller roll body cracking. Therefore, the corresponding improvement measures are proposed in the smelting, forging and heat treatment process.
