摘要
某军用车扭力轴在其生产过程中的预扭工序发生断裂。通过微观检验以及断口分析等手段,对断裂的扭力轴进行了综合失效分析。结果表明,该扭力轴存在原始铸造缺陷,断口表面可观察到明显的枝晶凸起,以及由于补缩不及时、结晶不连续而导致的缩孔及冷隔形态缺陷。在扭力轴预扭工序的受力过程中,原始缺陷作为裂纹源进一步扩展,导致其最终断裂。
The fracture happens on a torsion axis during its pre-twist process. Fracture failure analysis of the axis was carried out by means of metallographic examination and fracture analysis. The results show that there has casting defect in the axis. Because of the solidification feeding was not in time, dendritic crystals and the defects like shrinkage cavity and cold shut can be found on the surface of the fracture. All the defects fractured as crack initiation during the pre-twist process which resulted in the final fracture of the axis.
