摘要
某厂的退碱线管道发生了焊缝开裂失效现象,本文采用宏观低倍观察、材质分析、电镜观察及能谱分析等方法对焊缝开裂的失效原因进行了检测分析。结果表明,断口开裂的方式为沿晶断裂方式,断口表面有铁的氧化物,属于应力开裂机制,即碱脆,并从工艺控制和材料的选择方面提出了腐蚀控制建议。
The weld cracking failure occurred in the pipeline of the alkali withdrawal line in a factory. In this paper, the failure causes of weld cracking were detected and analyzed by the methods of macroscopic low power observation, material analysis, electron microscope observation and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the fracture mode is intergranular fracture mode, and iron oxide exists on the fracture surface, which belongs to stress cracking mechanism, that is alkali embrittlement. Suggestions for corrosion control are put forward from the aspects of process control and material selection.
