摘要
以某汽车用电路板为研究对象,对其短路失效现象进行了研究。通过采用金相切片、SEM、EDS、C3和离子色谱分析等手段,发现了导致短路的主要原因为蠕变腐蚀。同时,总结和分析了导致此缺陷的原因和应采取的对策。对于避免同类故障再次发生,提高产品的可靠性具有重要的意义。
Taking a circuit board for an automobile as the research object,the short-circuit failure phenomenon is studied.By adopting the metallographic sectioning,SEM,EDS,C3,ion chromatography and other analytical methods,it is found that the main cause of the short circuit is creep corrosion.At the same time,the causes that lead to this defect and countermeasures are summarized and analyzed,which is of great significance to avoid the recurrence of similar faults and improve the reliability of the products.
