摘要
目的评价SP联合PBL、CBL教学模式在本科生麻醉前评估教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年-2019年麻醉本科实习学生100名,随机分为SP联合PBL、CBL教学组(A组,n=50)和传统教学组(B组,n=50),通过综合考试成绩和问卷调查对两组学生的教学效果进行比较和统计分析。结果 A组学生的理论知识成绩(37.23±9.43)显著高于B组(20.17±3.56)(P<0.05);A组学生的病例分析成绩(49.76±13.78)显著高于B组(23.52±8.66)(P<0.05);A组学生的教学满意度(96%)显著高于B组(24%)(P<0.05);A组教学模式对激发学生学习兴趣,增强知识理解力、提高临床思维能力、增强沟通协作能力和提高实践操作能力显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论 SP联合PBL、CBL教学模式相对于传统教学模式在本科生麻醉前评估教学中,更有利于激发学生的学习兴趣、提高学生的沟通协作能力和临床思维能力,教学效果更佳。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of SP combined with PBL and CBL in pre-anesthesia assessment teaching for undergraduates. Methods A total of 100 anesthesia undergraduates from 2018 to 2019 were randomly divided into SP combined PBL, CBL teaching group(group A, n = 50) and traditional teaching group(group B, n = 50). The teaching effects of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed through comprehensive examination results and questionnaire survey. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge in group A(37.23 ± 9.43) were significantly higher than those in group B(20.17 ± 3.56)(P<0.05);The scores of case analysis in group A(49.76 ± 13.78) were significantly higher than those in group B(23.52 ± 8.66)(P<0.05);The teaching mode of group A was significantly higher than that of group B in stimulating students’ learning interest, enhancing knowledge understanding, improving clinical thinking ability, enhancing communication and cooperation ability and improving practical operation ability(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction of group A(96%) was significantly higher than that of group B(24%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, SP combined with PBL and CBL teaching mode is more conducive to stimulate students’ learning interest, improve students’ communication and cooperation ability and clinical thinking ability, and the teaching effect is better.
