摘要
介绍了中国有色集团谦比希铜冶炼有限公司冶炼烟气制酸槽管式分酸器的使用和腐蚀情况,详细分析了分酸器腐蚀的原因,提出了分酸器快速修复的方法和生产建议。根据不锈钢的耐腐蚀原理,从腐蚀落酸管的外观推断出分酸器腐蚀主要是由于浓硫酸中氯离子含量过高所致,同时制酸系统烟气量和SO2浓度的波动、硫酸流速较高也会对不锈钢钝化膜造成破坏。通过使用316L不锈钢管制作预制溢流管或分酸管对腐蚀的分酸器进行修复,在较短的时间内解决了制约生产的瓶颈问题,延长分酸器使用寿命6个月以上,避免了设备故障和指标恶化带来的设备和产量损失。
The use and corrosion of tubular acid distributor in sulphuric acid production system with copper smelting flue gas in Chambishi Copper Smelting Co.,Ltd.of China Nonferrous Metal Mining(Group)Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The causes of corrosion of acid distributor are analyzed in detail,and quick repair method and production suggestions of acid distributor are put forward.According to the anti-corrosion principle of stainless steel,from the micro analysis of the acid falling pipe,it is concluded that the corrosion of acid separator is mainly caused by the high content of chloride ion in concentrated sulphuric acid.At the same time,the fluctuation of flue gas volume and SO2 concentration in the acid production system and the high flow rate of sulphuric acid will also damage the passive film of stainless steel.By using 316L stainless steel pipe to make prefabricated overflow pipe or acid distribution pipe to repair the corroded acid distributor,the bottleneck problem restricting production was solved in a short time,the service life of acid distributor was extended by more than 6 months,and the loss of equipment and output caused by equipment failure and deterioration of index was avoided.
