摘要
介绍了骆驼集团新疆再生资源有限公司100 kt/a再生铅冶炼制酸系统的设计和运行情况。该制酸系统采用富氧侧吹熔炼炉熔炼技术及一转一吸制酸+离子液法脱硫工艺。试验通过合理分配进入干燥塔和脱硫系统的烟气量,成功解决了再生铅冶炼过程因烟气硫含量低、饱和水蒸气含量过高而无法产出w(H2SO4)98%硫酸等问题。系统运行稳定,产出合格w(H2SO4)98%浓硫酸,SO2转化率达到96%以上,离子液吸收塔出口烟气ρ(SO2)<100 mg/m^3。
The design and operation of 100 kt/a lead smelting and acid making system of Camel Group Xinjiang renewable resources Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The acid making system adopts oxygen enriched side blown smelting furnace smelting technology and one conversion and one absorption+ionic liquid desulfurization process.By reasonably distributing the amount of flue gas entering the drying tower and desulfurization system,the problem that w(H2SO4)98%sulphuric acid can not be produced in the process of lead regeneration smelting due to the low sulphur content and high saturated steam content in the flue gas is successfully solved.The operation of the system is stable,w(H2SO4)98%sulphuric acid is qualified,the SO2 conversion rate is above 96%,and the flue gasρ(SO2)at the outlet of ionic liquid absorption tower is less than 100 mg/m^3.
