介绍丹麦托普索公司WSA工艺的基本流程及其在处理4种不同低含硫气体生产硫酸方面的应用。这些低含硫气体为,低温甲醇洗Rectisol再生塔排放气、钼焙烧炉烟气、克劳斯装置尾气、粘胶生产废气。结果表明,WSA工艺非常适合处理各种浓度的含硫气体,其浓度可从百分之零点几到很高;也可处理水分含量相当高的工艺气,处理前无需干燥。此外,该工艺非常简单,能效高,当原料气(?)(SO2)低至3%时仍可自热运行。
The TopsФe WSA process and treatment of four different lean sulphurous gases from different types of industries for sulphuric acid production are described. The process feed gases include Rectisol regenerator offgas, molybdenum roaster off-gas, Claus plant tail gas and viscose production off-gas. The application showed that WSA process is highly suited for treatment of sulphur-containing gases with a wide range of concentration of the sulphurous gas, ranging from a few tenths of percent to strong gases. The process also accepts process gas containing appreciable content of water that does not need to be dried prior to processing. Furthermore, the process is very simple and highly energy efficient and operates autothermally at SO2 content in feed gas down to 3% vol.
