摘要
目的观察探讨血小板及糖化血红蛋白多参数联合检测对2型糖尿病(T2DM)老年患者微血管病变的诊断价值。方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的确诊的50例T2DM合并微血管病变患者为观察组,50例T2DM患者为对照组,对比两组PLT、PDW、MPV、PCT和HbA1c值,分析老年T2DM患者微血管病变的危险因素,比较危险因素联合检测的诊断效能。结果两组患者的PLT、PDW、MPV、PCT和HbA1c值均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDW和HbA1c是T2DM合并微血管病变发生的危险因素;PDW+HbA1c联合检测老年T2DM患者微血管病变的诊断效能均优于单项PDW、HbA1c诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDW、HbA1c联合检测对老年T2DM患者微血管病变的诊断价值较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of platelet and glycated hemoglobin multi-parameters in microvascular disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods 50 cases of T2DM with microangiopathy diagnosed in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group and 50 T2DM patients as the control group.The PLT,PDW,MPV,PCT and HbA1c values of the two groups were compared.Analyze the risk factors of microvascular disease in elderly T2DM patients and compare the diagnostic efficacy of the combined detection of risk factors.Results The PLT,PDW,MPV,PCT and HbA1c values of the two groups of patients were statistically significantly different(P<0.05);PDW and HbA1c were the risk factors for the development of T2DM combined with microangiopathy;PDW+HbA1c combined detection of the diagnostic efficacy of microvascular disease in elderly T2DM patients Both were superior to single PDW and HbA1c diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of PDW and HbA1c has high diagnostic value for microvascular disease in elderly patients with T2DM,and it is worthy of clinical application.
