摘要
目的研究在糖尿病患者中实施糖化血红蛋白、血脂检测的价值。方法选择2020年6月—2021年6月间收治的100例2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选择110名正常人作为对照组,分别对两组人员使用全自动生化分析仪检测血清中的空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)水平,以高效液相色谱法测量两组人员的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,分析两组各指标间的差异情况。结果观察组FPG、TG、LDL-C、HbA1c水平均高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组TC、Lpa水平均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者,展开血糖、血脂检测可以明确糖尿病的控制情况,了解糖耐量的变化,为后续的诊断和治疗提供可靠根据,具有重要意义。
Objective To study the value of glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid detection in diabetic patients.Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group.Another 110 normal people were selected as the control group.Using automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the level of serum fasting blood glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),lipoprotein a(Lpa).The glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the two groups was measured by high performance liquid chromatography.Analyze the differences between the indicators of the two groups.Results The levels of FPG,TG,LDL-C and HbA1c in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C was lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC and Lpa in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For diabetic patients,the detection of blood glucose and blood lipids can clarify the control of diabetes,understand the changes of glucose tolerance,and provide a reliable basis for subsequent diagnosis and treatment,which is of great significance.
