术前MDCT评估乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结的临床价值

摘要 目的探讨术前应用多排螺旋CT(MDCT)评估乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结的临床价值。方法选取我院接受手术治疗的乳腺癌患者80例,术前均行MDCT检查,对比检查结果与病理检查情况。结果本组患者共检测出腋窝淋巴结160枚,术后经病理证实发生转移的淋巴结共76枚,未转移的淋巴结共84枚;对比转移性淋巴结与未转移性淋巴结的长径、短径、及长短径比值,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);且转移性淋巴结淋巴门消失及边缘模糊比率均明显高于未转移性淋巴结(P<0.05);转移性淋巴结与未转移性淋巴结平扫及增强扫描CT值比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结术前行MDCT诊断能够发挥一定的作用,可为淋巴结活检提供补充。
