摘要
随着我国普通高校招生规模的不断扩大,高职院校的生源整体质量在不断下降。学生结构也比较复杂。如何针对这些不同类型层次的学生进行差异化人才培养,成为摆在高职院校工作者面前的一个现实课题。高职院校要把学生素质养成教育作为人才培养的重要组成部分,狠抓教育教学改革,创新分层分类人才培养模式,切实提高学生的综合素质,为培养适应社会需求和可持续发展的高素质技术技能型人才探索最佳路径!
Along with thecontinuous expansion of enrollment of students by ordinary colleges and universities,however,the entire quality of the students original for higher vocational education colleges and universities is lower.The structure of students is complicated as well.How to cultivate the talents in the hierarchicalstructureof students in different types becomes real challenges in higher vocational education colleges and universities.The quality education of students is the important part of talents cultivation in higher vocational education colleges and universities and it is necessary to focus on the teaching reform,innovation of talent cultivation mode in hierarchies and classification form,actual improvement of comprehensive quality of student and exploration on optimal path of high quality talents with technical abilities and skills to meet the social demand and requirement of high speed continuous development.
