摘要
供给侧结构性改革的重点在于提高效率。现阶段,我国旅游业供给与需求的矛盾日益突出,旅游要素投入产出效率低下,供给侧结构性改革势在必行。通过数据包络分析法对我国31个省(直辖市、自治区)2013-2018年旅游效率发展状况进行分析,结果显示:旅游业综合效率水平比较低,全要素生产率呈增长态势,但旅游要素投入冗余率比较高。因此,必须创新景区管理与盈利模式,促进酒店特色化和信息化水平建设,加快线上线下旅行社融合,提升旅游从业者职业素质与道德水准。
The emphasis of supply-side structural reform lies in the increase of efficiency.At present,the contradiction between supply and demand in Chinese tourism is increasingly prominent,the input-output efficiency of tourism elements is low,and the supply-side structural reform should be carried out with determination.Through the method of data envelopment analysis,we make the analysis on the development situation of tourism efficiency in 31 provinces(including municipality directly under the central government,and autonomous region)in China from 2013 to 2018,and get the following result:general efficiency level of tourism is rather low,total factor productivity shows the tendence of increase,yet the redundancy rate of tourism elements investment is rather high.Therefore,it is necessary to innovate the scenic area management and profit model,promote the construction of characteristic and informatization level in hotels,accelerate the integration of online and offline travel agencies,and improve the professional quality and moral standard of tourism laborers.
