摘要
目的分析成人型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的病理特点。方法选取1996年10月—2016年10月在鞍山市中医院治疗的成人型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤患者63例,对其临床病理学资料进行回顾性分析。结果组织病理学镜下检查可见典型卡-埃小体。免疫组化结果显示,抑制素α表达阳性率为94.74%、CD99表达阳性率为88.24%、波形蛋白表达阳性率为93.75%。结论成人型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤组织病理学镜下检查可见典型的卡-埃小体,免疫组化检查中抑制素α、CD99和波形蛋白对该病的诊断具有特异性。
Objective To analyze the pathological characteristics of adult ovarian granulosa cell tumor.Methods A total of 63 cases of adult ovarian granulosa cell tumor treated in Anshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 1996 to October 2016 were selected and their clinicopathological data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Histopathological examination showed typical Ka Eyre bodies.The positive rate ofα-inhibin,CD99 and vimentin was 94.74%,88.24%and 93.75%,respectively.Conclusion Typical Ka Eyre bodies were found in adult ovarian granulosa cell tumor under histopathology examination,andα-inhibin,CD99 and vimentin in immunohistochemistry were specific for the diagnosis of the disease.
