摘要
目的检测槐米中的芦丁的含量,并探究其稳定性,为其日后的药物制剂研究提供理论依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定槐米中芦丁的含量,同时对比槐米的红外光谱谱图,研究光、湿度、温度对槐米稳定性的影响。结果芦丁的稳定性受湿度影响较大。结论槐米宜储存于干燥、常温、避光的环境中,尤其是在后期制剂研究中,应避免槐米受潮变质。
OBJECTIVE The goal of this study was to detect the content of rutin in Flos Sophorae Immaturus and explore its stability,to provide theoretical foundation for pharmaceutical preparation research in the future.METHODS High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)was used to detect the content of rutin in Flos Sophorae Immaturus.Exploration of the effort of light,humidity and temperature on stability of Flos Sophorae Immaturus through accelerated testing was performed by comparing with the infrared spectrogram of Flos Sophorae Immaturus at the same time.RESULTS By comparing the results of content and infrared spectrogram,it was found that humidity had a great effect on stability of rutin.CONCLUSION Results of stability testing showed that Flos Sophorae Immaturus should be stored in dry,room-temperature,and lucifugal environment.In the later stage of pharmaceutical preparation research,moisture deterioration should be avoided.
